HOW WE HANDLE YOUR ACCOUNT

Data, Security and Your Rights Under These Terms

cricmatch365 takes the obligations set out in these terms seriously. The six areas below explain how we act on the commitments we make — from how your account data is stored to…

Account Data Retention

We retain your account data, transaction history and identity documents for as long as your account is active and for a defined period after closure. You may request a full export of your data at any time through your account settings page.

Cookie Policy

Our site uses session and analytics cookies to keep your account logged in and to measure how pages are used. You can review which cookies are active and withdraw consent for non-essential ones from the cookie preferences panel in your browser.

Account Security

Passwords are stored as salted hashes and never in plain text. We enforce two-step verification for withdrawals and for any change to your registered UPI or Paytm details, so changes cannot go through without a code sent to your phone.

Payment Data Handling

Payment method details — including UPI IDs, Paytm wallet links and PhonePe numbers — are handled through encrypted channels and are never stored in a way that exposes the raw credential. Our payment processor holds the tokenised reference only.

Requesting Term Changes

If you believe a term has been applied unfairly, you may submit a formal request for review within 30 days of the event. We will assign a case number, review the account history, and respond in writing within five business days.

Who to Contact for Escalations

Unresolved disputes can be escalated to our compliance team by email. Include your account ID and the specific clause in question. Escalations are logged separately from general support and handled by a senior team member.
